Case Study:  Zenana Spa and Wellness

THE CHALLENGE

Zenana Spa and Wellness, a Portland icon since the early aughts, transitioned to new ownership in the late part of 2018, which is when we were invited to help steer their rebranding and social media content - new logo, website, print, recruitment marketing, information-gathering surveys, and story narrative. 

The Objective

Our first objectives: Establish a social media presence that was community-focused and inclusive, while creating an internal spa culture of pride and earnest work. We took it to the people of the Portland metro area for their input and feedback.

Enjoying our work, we write monthly e-newsletters and blogs, design visuals, create ad buys and organic content, plus bring awareness to community topics such as trans skin care, pregnancy and postpartum support, and general spa services.
